REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Last updated: 24 March 2026 This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions. Applicable refund terms are disclosed before booking confirmation. 1. SERVICE PROVIDER POLICIES Each Service Provider may set its own refund and cancellation policy, displayed at checkout before booking is confirmed. By completing a booking, the user accepts the applicable Service Provider refund policy. 2. TAYMO DEFAULT POLICY (where no Service Provider policy applies) 2.1 Cancellation more than 48 hours before the first session: full refund less any non-refundable payment processing fees. 2.2 Cancellation within 48 hours of the first session: 50% refund, subject to Service Provider confirmation. 2.3 Cancellation after commencement: refund of unused sessions only, pro-rata per session, less applicable fees. 2.4 No-shows and missed sessions without prior cancellation: not eligible for refund. 2.5 Make-up sessions: at the Service Provider's discretion per their policy. 3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS - Platform access fees, once the service period has commenced. - Convenience, service, or booking fees disclosed at checkout. - Sessions consumed prior to a cancellation request. 4. REFUND PROCESSING FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS Refunds for online payments are processed via Tap Payment (www.tap.company) to the original payment method only. Taymo initiates approved refunds within 3 business days of refund confirmation. Processing timelines: typically 5–15 business days depending on the cardholder's bank. Tap Payment processing fees (if any) may be deducted from refunds per Tap Payment's merchant terms — outside Taymo's control. 5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION For refund disputes with a Service Provider: contact the Service Provider first. For platform-level disputes: contact contact@taymo.app. Taymo responds within 5 business days. For Tap Payment disputes (e.g., unrecognised charges): contact Tap Payment and notify contact@taymo.app. Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008, Art. 13: Users retain statutory rights to refunds for services not delivered as described, regardless of any contractual limitation. This policy does not limit those statutory rights. 6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND Contact us at contact@taymo.app with your booking reference number, or use the Refund Request feature in your account under Finance → Invoices.
